Using "/" in front of something:
For example, "/jobs" means "https://ad1.to/jobs" (quite analogous to Twitter handle "@jobs").

Using "+" in front of something:
For example, "+jobs" means the latest webpage found by the "resonate" button with the idea "jobs".
